( A ) general design slip ring motor at an altitude of no more than 1000m, ambient air temperature does not exceed 40 ℃ to run the place . ( 2 ) slip ring motor voltage change in the additional within ± 5% when the fixed rate can be rated for continuous operation . If the voltage changes more than ± 5% , then shall be specified by the manufacturer or limit the load test results . ( 3 ) to the cooling air from the outside of the motor , in order to avoid moisture , after the shutdown , must be promptly stopped the supply of cooling air .
( 4 ) Check the spark is normal under the brush , the motor slip ring ( or steering ) have burns and wear.
( 5 ) Check the motor slip ring in operation for unusual noise and vibration , the stator and rotor are relative to the friction .
