LED really saving it?

For chestnut : If a 3 * 14W Lamp A, total luminous light source is 3600lm, lighting efficiency is 65% , the whole lamp power is the source power 42W (3 * 14W) plus electrical losses 10W, then it is energy-efficient lighting 45lm / W.

5, LED lamps are energy-efficient ?
